There are many different aspects to healthy life, an important one being food. As Swami Prabhupada explains: “The purpose of food is to increase the duration of life, purify the mind and aid bodily strength”. For a variety of reasons that will be covered in a series of blog articles, we refrain from meat, caffeine (coffee, tea, cocoa products, soda), alcohol, smoking, and other non-healthy foods.  We’ll be posting articles that focus on the essentials of healthy living, recipes, etc.
